How we handle information you share when asking for a free ads report or booking a call.

Who we are

What we collect

When you use the free-report form, we collect your name, work email, company website, ad spend range, ad platforms, who runs your ads, what you want the report to focus on, and any notes you choose to add. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to arrange it. We may also receive technical information, such as IP address and browser data, in website and service logs.

We do not ask for ad account passwords on this site. If you later choose to share account access or an export, we will explain that separate process to you.

How we use it

We use your details to assess your enquiry, prepare for a call, arrange your free report, and contact you about that report or a service you ask about. We do not add you to a marketing email list through this form. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

You can browse the site without completing the form. Without your contact details, we cannot arrange a call or deliver a report.

Where it goes

The site is hosted on Vercel. Form answers are sent through a Vercel server function to our Supabase lead database, configured in Sydney. After a successful form submission, the booking link takes you to Calendly, which receives your name and email to help you complete the booking. These providers process information for us under their own service terms. Some processing may happen outside Australia, including in the United States.

We may share information when required by law or when needed to protect our rights. We do not sell form submissions.

Storage and security

We restrict access to lead records to people who need them for Excutia enquiries. We keep them while needed to handle your enquiry, provide the service you request, or meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify them. Your browser may store your email locally to prefill this form if you return; you can clear it through your browser settings.

Your choices and complaints

Email stephen@excutia.com to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We will review your request and respond. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
